Off the back of a successful pilot program last year, in partnership with North East Multicultural Association (NEMA) and Wangaratta Sports & Aquatic Centre (WSAC) we have provided a subsequent Water Safety Program opportunity for all ages to learn practical skills how to stay safe in the pool and open water as Summer approaches.
The program got underway on the 19th of October and will run for 8 weeks with 37 enrolments, predominantly adult age.
There are also plans in the works to bring the program to other towns within Northeast Victoria.
